30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied with your Lumine teeth whitening products, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used oral care products may not be eligible for return unless there is a product defect or issue with your order.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received (if required), we will inspect your return and notify you of your refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will work quickly to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
